Why should I participate in Boot Camp?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being.  In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for
acquiring a more healthy body and mind.  Benefits of this training regime are, increased muscle tone, fat loss, increased cardiovascular fitness,  
improved muscular strength & endurance, agility, and also improved self esteem and confidence. Plus, this is a great chance to receive motivating
fitness instruction by certified personal trainers for just a fraction of the cost.  

What will I be doing in a Boot Camp session?
Activities may include:  Short distance running, stair climbs, push-ups, core conditioning, jump rope, muscular strength,
circuit training, obstacle courses, stretching, Pilates and more!

Do I need to be in shape to come to Boot Camp?
All fitness levels, sizes and ages are welcome to attend.  We will never ask you to do anything you are not capable of doing.  Our program is designed to
challenge and motivate all fitness levels.  

Is Boot Camp Safe?
Safety is a priority of Boot Camp. We take every precaution to ensure that you are safe at all times.  We encourage every recruit to manage their own
personal safety by wearing suitable exercise clothing, shoes and to maintain safe levels of hydration during exercise.  Please note that our instructors
can prevent you from participating if they suspect any activity will be unsafe or dangerous for your health and wellbeing.

Who will your instructors be?
All Boot Camp instructors are certified personal trainers with professional fitness industry recognition.  View "About Us" for more details.

If I have friends that want to do Boot Camp with me, do I get a discount?
Yes, when you sign-up for boot camp with a friend, both receive $20 off the listed price!  Please contact us for quotes on larger groups!

If I miss a session can I make it up in another month?
The Boot Camp program is a month by month program and as a policy make up sessions are not permitted.

What do I need to bring to my Boot Camp workout?
You will need to wear comfortable workout gear with appropriate shoes you can run in.  Also bring a full water bottle.

Where is Boot Camp being held?
We meet on the west side of Himmel Park on Tucson Blvd and workout in various areas around the beautiful plaza.

If I choose not to continue with Boot Camp, will I get a refund?
Once a course commences there are no refunds.
